Our History

The now renamed AXEIA Group is composed of independent but closely-knit companies engaged in land acquisition, housing subdivision development, housing construction and marketing of quality and affordable housing units and properties. The companies under the AXEIA Group are Basic Housing Solutions, Inc., AXEIA Development Corporation, Asiatic Land , Inc. and I-Asiatic Innovations Philippines, Inc. We have developed private subdivisions spanning across Metro-Manila, the CALABARZON, Central and Northern Luzon.

Axeia Development Corporation (formerly Asiatic) was organized under Philippine laws and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It was reorganized in 1982 to engage primarily in real estate acquisition, subdivision development and marketing. Basic Housing Solutions, Inc. was organized and registered on April 25, 1992. Asiatic Land, Inc. was incorporated on September 24, 1996.

Basic Housing Solutions, Inc. and renamed Axeia Development Corporation are active members  of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) and chamber of Real Estate Builders’ Association (CREBA). They are one of the first accredited UHLP (Unified Housing Loan Program) originators of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC). They are duly recognized by the government through NHMFC and the Home Development and Mutual Fund (HDMF/PAG-IBIG Fund). Having built an excellent relationship with PAG-IBIG Fund based on integrity and commitment, this has translated to better service to thousands of Axeia homeowners who are members of the Fund.

Axeia is a well-known, respected real estate developer in progressive and well-populated Cavite province. It started its real estate development in General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Cavite in 1987 with its Casa De Monteverde project, “A Community of a Thousand Homes”. This small but successful beginning gave birth to several adjacent projects in the area, namely Mandarin Homes Phase I and Alta Tierra.

From GMA, Cavite, Axeia expanded through the years in other districts of Cavite like Dasmarinas, Imus, Carmona, Trece Martires, NAic and Noveleta. Pretty soon, it broke ground in growth area outside Cavite like Novaliches, Caloocan City and recently in Mexico Pampanga.

Since 2008, Axeia has reached out to other untapped towns in Cavite like General Trias and Kawit, and has expanded to proressive towns in Laguna, Batangas, and Pampanga. Some of these project brands are Cambria, LeMoubreza, Tierra Sueno, Tierra Vista, Valle Verde and Veraneo.

Axeia is now gearing up for more upscale developments in Manila and major sities as well. In fact, Axeia is newly developing  an area in Taytay, Rizal named as Zuri Residences.
